Panama – Finca Lerida – Geisha Washed 0521
This coffee comes from Finca Lerida, in the Alto Quiel region of Boquete, at 1,800 meters above sea level. The cherries arrive at the mill and are float-sorted to select the best ones then depulped and traditionally washed to produce a classic washed Geisha. This coffee was dried on African beds for 14 days.
