Yes, we ship all over the Philippines. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
All food items are on a pre-order basis. We will be reaching out to you directly to arrange delivery.
For the rest, We aim to deliver your orders within the following estimated time frames:
• Greater Metro Manila (GMA): 1-3 working days
• Luzon: 3-8 working days
• Visayas: 8-10 working days
• Mindanao: 10-12 working days
1. Notification:
• To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at within the seven (7) day return period.
2. Return Approval:
• Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and, if applicable, approve the return or exchange.
• Approved returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging, along with the sales invoice.
3. Inspection and Processing:
• Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the defect.
• If the item is deemed defective and meets our return criteria, we will process the exchange or refund as applicable.
4. Refund Method:
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The time frame for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
