Refund & Return Policy
At a.m. COFFEE & ROASTERY, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and food. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following terms:
1. Change of Mind
All orders are considered final. Refunds or exchanges due to change of mind will not be accepted once the item has been prepared and served.
2. Wrong or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item or if your order is incomplete:
- Please inform our staff immediately via +639696209035 for takeout or delivery concerns.
3. Defective or Unsatisfactory Items
If your drink or food item is found to be spoiled, off-taste, or not up to standard:
- Report it to our barista or staff within receiving the item (for dine-in or takeout).
- For delivery orders, notify us within receipt, along with a photo and order details.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- GCash or Bank Transfer for online or cashless orders
- Cash Refund if applicable for in-store purchases (on the same day)
Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on the payment channel.
5. Exclusions
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for:
- Items consumed unless a defect is proven
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (e.g., “too strong,” “too sweet”) if the order was prepared as requested
- Issues reported beyond the allowable timeframe
